After entering the 21st century, with the rapid economicdevelopment, in the meantime the pressure of people work toincrease people’s material life is getting better and better dailycaloric intake far exceeds consumption, the heat all accumulate inthe body. The result is high blood pressure, high cholesterol, highblood sugar, the probability of stroke greatly increased. Withobesity with metabolic disorders, chronic diseases of thecardiovascular system, a serious threat to people’s health, theprevention and treatment of obesity has attracted worldwideattention. Obesity and resulting metabolic diseases pose asignificant threat to human health and survival, is one of theimportant social issues facing the world. The latest statistics showthat China’s obese population has reached 320 million, an increaseof more than U.S., UK and Australia. Facing the challenges of healthand disease in humans, at this time, physical fitness movementcame into being, physical fitness, first originated in the UnitedKingdom, to flourish in the United States, the end of the 1990s wasintroduced to China, Taiwan Province and Hong Kong, and finally tocontinent. Physical fitness in the development of the continent more than 10 years, developing very rapidly. Physical fitness is awhat kind of movement, how can we achieve reduced fat, shapingeffect, described in detail in the article.In this paper, a literature study, interview, mathematicalstatistics, experimental method, 10 obese middle-aged men (bodyfat content in more than 18%, BMI over 24, age between 40-50 yearsold) before and after exercise the body shape ( body fat, waist to hipratio, BMI), and physiological function (heart rate, lung capacity,step index, basal metabolic rate, pulse pressure) the comparison ofindicators to identify physical fitness can the role of exercise inreduced fat process, and make recommendations and prepare theground for the promotion of the public health. Through acomparative study, the outcome: a physical fitness exercise canmake people obese or overweight, body fat, BMI, waist to hip ratioindicators of body shape smaller. (2) Physical fitness movement canbe obese or overweight, heart rate, lung capacity, step index, basicmetabolic rate changes, the value of pulse pressure changed little.Want to lose fat, shaping must be aerobic exercise, resistancetraining and dietary intervention combined. Want to control weight,we must control calorie intake, and heat to achieve a dynamicbalance or negative balance. Nuts food right amount to eat, not eat.
