The relationship between Sports and mass media has become more and more close keep the pace with the development of media. Sports Media has become an important part in the sports culture. The core content of modern sports is the sports competition event, as well as all kinds of event report, especially broadcast, is a core content in the field of sports communication. TV signal is the foundation of the sports event broadcast.Since the 1936 Olympics in Berlin for the first time on TV, the Olympic TV signal has developed for nearly a century. It has experienced the stage of exploration, development and innovation. The 2012 Olympics in London has 3.6 billion television viewers from all over the world. Besides, the development of new media heralds a new era in Olympic broadcasting. Media convergence put forward a higher requirement to the International TV signal.Badminton in our country has a broad mass base, and the world’s top competitive players, the study of the TV signal is convenient to explore the interaction between broadcast and games.This study base the 2012 London Olympic Games badminton international TV signal on the whole analysis. From the perspective of audio and visual language and narrative, explore every single shot of the most representative match, Men’s Singles-Gold Medal Match. Based on the whole sample analysis, this paper will draw the following conclusions. During the game, badminton international TV signal arrange the story through different types of lens. The production concept transmit by the camera shot, the graphics and slow-motion replay in the International TV signal. The International TV signal’s narrative process highlights the camera as the core of the narrator and narrative discourse focus on narrative perspective and narrative speed.
