With the advancement of new curriculum reform, the teaching quality of school education in the ascension of the demand is higher and higher, and as the mainstay of new curriculum reform, teachers are facing a growing challenge, so the teachers’ management are also facing opportunity and challenge. The key way to teacher’s management lies in quality promotion of teachers’ team, but in the current middle school teachers’ management, there are still many problems seriously affecting the quality of teachers of ascension, which affect the teachers’ professional development. Establishing teachers’ management system and measures which can promote teacher professional development will be particularly of great importance.In this paper, through on-the-spot investigation and interviews, with the perspective of teachers professional development,the author made a research on the current situation of teachers management and the teachers professional development in H city middle schools.By understanding the the actual situation of management and professional development of teachers in H city middle schools,.Based investigation and research to H city middle school teachers, the author found that the teachers have different degrees of professional training, and the schools have made some efforts for teacher’s professional development.But with the perspective of teachers professional development,that’s to say, From the professional concept, professional knowledge and ability, professional attitude and motivation, self professional development these five aspects, the author found during the process of school management on teachers, there is lack of democratic management, teachers training level is not high, teacher’s incentive and evaluation method is not reasonable, teachers promotion system is not reasonable, low wages etc.These problems seriously affected the teachers’ professional development and the sustainable development of the school. It analyses the reasons of the problems, and put forward the backward of school management concept,mandatory regulations of teachers management, especially the management content, method and measures are not reasonable, the lag of the construction of campus culture, etc.Then put forward the strategy of combining with the actual situation of city.specific measures are given on the innovation education idea, the innovation management mechanism, strengthen the security measures and create a harmonious atmosphere.
