Research On The Relationship Between Learning And Training Zhejiang Sanmen Second High School Snorts Teams

In this paper, in order to athletes and coaches in Zhejiang Province, three family two high school sports team as the research object, through the investigation on the current situation in Zhejiang Province training relationship three family two high school sports team learning, to explore the mutual relations between the culture learning and sports training sports team, find out the existing problems, and puts forward the reasonable countermeasures, and strive to promote the good development of our school sports team.The research results show that:(1) Zhejiang three family two high school sports team learning and training contradiction exists relatively large, learning a good balance between the two can not be with the training. The reason is mainly embodied in the conflict between learning and training time arrangement, sports teams of students learning the total time is significantly less than the ordinary students; normal students and students of different sports teams test target, causing the culture learning with different emphasis; sports teams of students compared with ordinary students, the basis of existence difference, learning difficulties, pressure, inferiority; attitude culture course teachers and training teachers to sports teams of students affect students’ attitudes towards culture learning; school management and learning environment for students; parents’attitude toward. (2) two high school sports team Zhejiang three family set up at different times, the track and field team, basketball team, soccer team has made certain achievements. Various sports team athletes of the male to female ratio difference; most athletes age in 16 years old of above; the training of athletes age mostly in 3-5 years, the sport grade level is low, the individual member is the national level two; coaches degree title is reasonable, the level of sport grade most of the state level two coaching, mostly in the 3 years, coaches enthusiasm to participate in the post training of higher. (3) two high school sports team Zhejiang three family daily training in good condition has formulated the related training program, most of the teams are training 5 times a week or so, each training time is 2 hours. (4) the majority of Zhejiang two senior high school three (80.8%) athletes and cultural learning achievement in below average level; about half (57.7%) athletes that exercise training can affect learning achievement; only a very few (10.3%) athletes do not attach importance to cultural course learning, most athletes pay much attention to the culture of learning lessons.
