Research On The Application Of "Elevator Door" Tactics Of CBA Beijing Holding Team In 2019-2020 Season

With the rapid development of modern basketball,the tactical form dominated by small,fast,accurate and clever has received a new interpretation in NBA,marking the arrival of the "small ball era" in NBA.Therefore,more "small ball" tactics also appeared on the basketball court,become the focus of modern basketball.As a young team in the CBA League,Beijing Holding Team introduced the "elevator door" tactic into the team’s tactical system after Stephon Marbury took office in Beijing Holding Team,and implemented the tactic according to the team lineup and players’ characteristics.The "elevator door" play is an offensive tactic in which two inside players form a "close" screen to create an outside scoring opportunity for the pitcher.In this paper,the application of "elevator door" tactics in 48 games of CBA Beijing Holding Team in2019-2020 season is studied by using literature method,expert interview method,video analysis method,mathematical statistics method and case analysis method.Holding in Beijing team in each section using the tactics of time characteristic of the elevator door,screen regional characteristics,participating in screen player location features,no ball screen after the attack way,without the ball screen in the form of features,the effect after the ball screen,and the other person’s defensive formations and strategies such as in-depth analysis and research.This study draws the following conclusions:（1）During the implementation of the "elevator door" tactic,the players involved in covering should have a certain awareness of covering and moving speed,and the selection of players’ weight should not be too heavy,and the quality of covering should be high;Secondly,players involved in shooting tactics should have high shooting ability and running awareness without the ball,and players should master the whole tactical system and tactical intention.（2）Players’ moving screen fouls should be paid attention to during the implementation of the "elevator door" tactic,which is also a drawback of the "elevator door" tactic.Therefore,it should be paid attention to that when doing the off-ball screen,covering players should stand on the screen line in advance,not on the same moving line at the same time,which will cause the moving screen.Secondly,if the screen is late,the defender will continue to follow the defense by squeezing through,bypassing and other technical actions.（3）From the characteristics of "elevator door" tactics,the earlier the launch time of tactics in the match,the better the effect,because the earlier the execution of tactics,the more sufficient the attack time,if the first attack fails,there is still time for a second attack,thus increasing the effectiveness of the attack;In the selection of screen position,from the perspective of the whole half court space,the free throw line position in zone 8 is the center position of the half court attack,the sense of space is better,and the double screen can play its role.（4）from the cover of "the elevator door" tactics form to see two people "shut down" screen and a double screen,"closed" cover is at the core of tactics is also a tactical key ring,as a result,the two screen should have a high degree of tacit understanding and screen quality,among them as long as there is one mistake will cause the failure of the whole tactics,thus losing the characteristics of "the elevator door" tactics.（5）through the "elevator door" tactics found in different attack types,"elevator door" tactics in the position of the attack used more times,good effect,more players involved,high deceptive tactics;In the baseline ball and sideline ball attack in the use of less,fewer players involved in the implementation of simple tactics,short attack time,mainly depends on the player’s individual ability to score.
