Purposes:Investigate aerobic exercise function for female adults’ cardiovascularObject of study and methods:take 38 female teacher of Yuxinzhongxue as research subject(average age 40.6 years old), participate in a nine months aerobic exercise, three times a week, every time 40 minutes, target heart rate 120 beats/min or more, use paired samples T-test method analyse the changement of following index, body weight, muscle content, fat content, arterial pulse, blood pressure, vital capacity, step index, V02max, baPWV, ABI.Research results:1 After aerobic exercise, the body weight increased by 1%(p=0.044), but it is increased by muscle content increase significantly (p=0.001) and fat content decrease (p=0.63), the muscle content have increased by 1.9%, fat content decreased by 0.8%, illustrate that aerobic exercise can improve body composition.2 After aerobic exercise, the step index increased by 6.1%(p=0.015).3 After aerobic exercise, the proportion of vascular stiffness in the normal range increased by 11.1%, blood vessel blockage proportion decreased by 3.7%.4 After aerobic exercise, the resting heart rate, blood pressure, V02max, baPWV, ABI with no significant changement, the SBP, V02max increased by 2.1% and 3.2%, resting heart rate, diastolic pressure, left baPWV, right baPWV, left ABI have decreased by 1.2%,0.1%,2.3%,1.5%, 0.8%, the right ABI have no change.5 After aerobic exercise, the FVC decreased by 8.9%(p=0.011), take attendance in consideraton, the higher attendance are the lower decrease of FVC are, Low, Medium, High attendance decreased by order of 443. OmmHg, 283.7mmHg,80.9mmHg.Conclusion:1 After a period of aerobic exercise can improve female adult’s body composition, increase the elastic of blood vessels and reduce blood vessel blockage.2 After a period of aerobic exercise, the step index increase significantly and the the V02max also increased, but with no significant.
