1 Objective:The thesis aims at approaching the system of exercise fatigue in the aspects of cardiovascular regulating and the changes of endothelium structure. The author verdicts the situation of myocardial blood supply in each phase time based on the continuous changes during the process of exhaustive exercise and recovery of cardiovascular regulating peptides and vascular endothelium of rats that have aerobic training .2 Method:Choose 70 Wiser male rats which weight at 230~250g. Take aerobic training as running at the platform at the rate of 16m/m with an ascent of zero, 30minutes per day. Divide these rats into groups at random after 8 weeks' aerobic training : A group (peace group) , B group (1h- exercise group) , C group (2h-exercise group) , D group (3h- exercise group) , E group (exhaustive group) , F group (2h-recovery group) , G group (12h-recovery group). Hocus the rats of each group after the exercises immediately and take blood from the heart, and then measure the level of NO, NE, E, ET, ALD and HA observe the changes of vascular endothelium by SEM.3 Result:3.1 NO: NO content in blood serum of C is Obvious higher than E, F, G.3.2 NE: Except G significant increase in the rest groups comparing with A.3.3 E: 2h-exercise group , 2h-recovery group and 12h-recovery group are much lower than the exhaustive group. Contrast group and lh- exercise group are much higher than 2h-recovery group. Contrast group,1h- exercise group and 3h-exercise group are much higher than 12h-recovery group.3.4 ET: 1h- exercise group and 2h- exercise group are much lower than the contrast group. Except 2h- exercise group, the rest groups are much higher than lh- exercise group. Except lh- exercise group, the rest groups are much higher than 2h- exercise group. 12h-recovery group is lower than the exhaustive group3.5 ALD: There are no obvious changes of ALD concentration in each group.3.6 HA: Compare with lh- exercise group, the rest groups have obvious decrease.Compare with the exhaustive group, the rest groups have obvious increase.2h- exercise group , 3h- exercise group and the exhaustive group are much higher than the contrast group.3.7 During the 2-hour process which is from being quiet to being recovered, With the increase of time of sport, the leather extent of damage on the Endothelium increases too. 12h-recovery group resumes the resting state.4 Conclusion:4.1 In the first two hours' aerobic training, integrative domino offect of six Cardiovascular Regulating Peptides is expanding tiny coronary artery, the extent damage of vascular endothelium is on the small side. Cardiac muscle sufficiently supplies the blood and cardiac functions accord with the exercise.4.2 In the 3rd.hour of aerobic training , six Cardiovascular Regulating Peptides have integrative domino offect of expanding tiny coronary artery, meanwhile the extent damage of vascular endothelium is aggravated. Slight blood insufficiency might be possible and the decent of cardiac function might appear.4.3 6 types of Cardiovascular Regulating Peptides state in the feeble contractile andntegrative biggish offect. meanwhile the extent damage of vascular endothelium is aggravated. insufficiency of blood supply might be exacerbated. Therefore, cardiac function can't satisfy the need of organism and the cardiac muscle is damaged greatly.4.4 After2 hours' recovery, the locomotive organs are in the excitatory state because of physiological inertial effect of economy.Cardiac muscle needs a great...
