Purposes:In this study, obese adolescents were treated with exercise and dietary intervention to observe the changes of body shape index, blood lipids, cardiovascular indexes and intestinal flora before and after intervention in obese adolescents. The changes of blood lipids and intestinal flora and cardiovascular index were discussed.Correlation between gut flora.Method:Twenty-four obese adolescents in the weight-loss summer camp were selected as subjects, including 15 boys and 9 girls, aged 9-16 years, and BMI?25.Subjects participated in a 6-week exercise-binding diet with reduced fat and weight loss.Body morphology indicators before and after intervention: weight, waist circumference(WC),hip circumference(HC),waist-to-hip ratio(PBF)body mass index(BMI);determination of lipid metabolism index of obese adolescents before and after intervention: high-density lipoprotein(HDL),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),blood glucose(GLU);measurement of cervical femoral pulse wave velocity(cf PWV)and pulse wave analysis(PWA)using the Sphygmo Cor system. The intestinal contents were collected before and after the intervention, and 16 s DNA sequencing was used to analyze the changes in the structural components and diversity of the intestinal flora.Statistical analysis,SPSS21.0 statistical software was used for body shape index, blood lipid metabolism index and cardiovascular index, and paired sample T test was used for analysis. The intestinal flora data was analyzed by biological company: ? diversity analysis, between bacteria groups Differential analysis, correlation analysis between intestinal flora and blood lipids and cardiovascular indicators. The description of each indicator is expressed by mean ± standard deviation.Result:1.After intervention, compared with pre-intervention,body shape indicators of obese adolescents: Weight,BMI,PBF decreased significantly(P<0.05).The LDL,TC and GLU indexes were significantly decreased after intervention(P<0.05).3.Compared with before intervention,cf PWV decreased, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);heart rate(HR),standardized gain index(AIX@HR75) decreased significantly, and SEVR increased significantly(P<0.05).).4.After intervention, compared with pre-intervention,the diversity of intestinal flora increased significantly, and the observed species index increased significantly(P<0.05).5.Compared with the abundance of intestinal flora before intervention, the abundance of Lactobacillus,Bacillus,Streptococcus, and Weiganella was significantly decreased(P<0.05);Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Saccharomyces cerevisiae The abundance of genus, food glutamine, food gluten, food gluten,christensenellaceae,christensenellaceae-R-7-group,butyricimonas was significantly increased.6.Analysis of intestinal flora and blood lipids,Family_XIII_UCG-001 is positively correlated with TG,TC,LDL,and Glu is associated with two genera of Helicobacter species, one genus of rumen bacteria;TC is Bacteroides Related to the rumen family, the rumen family, and the LDL and HDL,respectively.7.Analysis of intestinal flora and cardiovascular index: Among them,Sarcobacterium,Helicobacter,Cronobacterium,Lachnospiraceae_UCG-003 are associated with SEVR,AI@HR75,HR,Anaerostipes Related to SEVR and PWV,Roseburia is associated with HR and PWV;and SEVR is associated with the genus Arkemania, genus, genus Prevotella 2,Ruminococcaceae_UCG-014,HR and Lachnospiraceae_UCG-010,Ruminococcaceae_UCG-014 relatedConclusion:1.Six-week exercise combined with dietary intervention can improve the basic morphological indicators, body mass index,BMI and PBF of obese adolescents.2.Six-week exercise combined with dietary intervention can improve the lipid metabolism and subendocardial myocardial viability of obese adolescents.3.Six-week exercise combined with dietary intervention can improve the intestinal flora observed species index of obese adolescents and increase the abundance and diversity of intestinal flora.4.There are certain correlations between blood lipid metabolism indexes(TC,TG,LDL,HDL)and intestinal flora, cardiovascular index(SEVR)and flora.
