Objective:This article through to the man rowing open athletes of Hubei province for ergometry test of full 2000m,3 minutes for 60% and 90% maximum load.Understand the rowing open athletes in ergometry test of full 2000m muscle power sequence and the main muscle group strength distribution ratio,fatigue and strength characteristics.Methods:6 man rowing open athletes of Hubei province for ergometry test of full 2000m and different load test (3minutes for 60% and 90% maximum load). Test the main muscle’s deltoid muscle after the beam,biceps, latissimus dorsi, erector spinae, medial muscle, tibialis anterior’s EMG.The results showed that:1,in ergometry test of full 2000m,rowing athletes muscle power in the motion of a complete order: tibialis anterior> medial muscle> erector spinae> latissimus dorsi> deltoid muscle after the beam>biceps;2,In the ergometry test of full 2000m,IEMG instantaneous higher at the start,as the test progressed IEMG began to drop,to 1500m IEMG down to a minimum,in the final sprint phase IEMG return to maximum,the left side of the IEMG is greater than the right;MF and MPF from the start to the end,the overall performance is increased,with the increase of the load and fatigue appeared a downward trend,but in the final sprint stage of MF and MPF are increased,but overall the drop is larger,the increased amplitude is smaller;3,Maximum load test increasing from 60% to 90%,IEMG appeared significant difference(P<0.05),especially the latissimus dorsi show very significant difference(P<0.01),MF and MPF changed little;4,The tibialis anterior muscle’s MF and MPF, with 2000m and in 60% of the maximum load test of MF was siginificantly correlated(P< 0.05),the back and lower limb muscles in 90% maximum load exercise IEMG and 2000m test of IEMG was siginificantly correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:1,in an action cycle,biceps and deltoid muscle force is bigger,the second is medial muscle and tibialis anterio,finally is the erector spinae and latissimus dorsi;the medial muscle in the whole action discharge longest,it can explain the muscle power lasts longer;2,Rowing athletes in different intensity load and the 2000m test are related,suggesting that different load strength training can be applied to rowing training.
