Research On The Route Construct Of Living Of Rural Settlement Under The Frame Of Theme Planning Transition

With the process of new-type urbanization continues to accelerate, more and more people will focus on the lives of farmer and rural development. In the context of new-type urbanization, the traditional village which are invested with farmer’s living, production and life will get better development opportunity to develop. The living village is a plan of rural development for the future, that plan build on new-type urbanization as background, in the framework of theme planning transition, and then working on the part of the theory of human settlements which around on farmer’s living, production and life.This paper attempts to the formation of new-type urbanization as background and the frame of theme planning transition to complete, because the traditional top-down planning cannot satisfy social development and resident’s living, production and life, so it become a new planning framework which from the bottom-up to make an empirical study. The article is an empirical study that with the theme planning of guiding with minimal intervene as a guide, in the premise of full respect for the wishes of local residents and to the concept of sustainable development and the idea of people-oriented principle, combined of the situation of field research of Cao Jia Village Da Xi Township Bao Xing Ya’an City at the same time, and based on the research of relevant theoretic, moreover focus on Cao village residents living, production and life to present a technical method which combined by industry form, ecological environment form, culture form and space form to coordinative development, in order to build a route to the rural settlement which is living and sustainable development finally.This article firstly summaries the process of new-type urbanization to develop and improve, demonstrates the development direction of new theme planning, analysis of the necessary to promote the relevant theory research of rural construction. Secondly, it describes the theory of theme planning transition, living village and human settlement relevant. Furthermore, based on the analysis of development on theme planning that point out the orientation of new theme planning. Moreover, as the theory of human settlement for adhesives which around villager’s living, production and life that lead to the analysis of theory about living village and the element relevant of the structure of living village, and analysis the way to construct living village. Finally, the empirical research which based on the existing circumstances and problem,combine with three life-forms in the village, and guiding with minimal intervene as a guide to construct industry form, ecological environment form, culture form and space form of Cao Jia village, based on the development of characteristics of Cao Jia village about ecological planting, Maintenance industry and tourism to improve the industry form, and then on the basis of protecting and improving ecological environment to improve facilities of environmental sanitation and to construct ecological network excellently for ecological environment, furthermore, with the development of the area of historical and cultural protection and eco-museum construct which in order to inherit the characteristics of history and regional culture of Cao Jia village, additionally, in the light of whole space and village space to construct space form of communication space and participation space of Cao Jia village, all of them need to link to the theme of "living" rural closely which around people’s living, production and life of human settlement to form an organic entirety, the relevant element can coalesce together and promote to each other to achieve sustainable development. Finally, establish a route to the development of rural living of Cao Jia village clearly and completely.
