The teaching misbehavior of teacher is a behavioral state which contrary to the norms teacher’s teaching behavior,and this kind of behavior state is adverse for the development of students and teachers.The teaching misbehavior of teacher is a teaching behavior of disorder in the school(Teaching behavior including the teaching behavior in classroom and others teaching behavior of teaching activities).The teaching misbehavior of teacher contrary to the ethics of the Teachers Occupation,violating the principles of the system of school,influencing the sustainable development of students,and then,producing negative effects on school and society.This paper, through the literature review method,comprehensive arrangement the types and reasons of teaching misbehavior of teacher,and questionnaire and interview the teachers of the local primary and secondary school where I lived.Through the survey,the education level of young teachers in primary and middle school is inversely proportional to the frequency of the misbehavior, the higher of the degree and the lower probability of misbehavior.Currently,Young teachers have more than 70 percent of the undergraduate degree in primary and middle schools,In this paper, according to the principle of universality,on the basic of the bachelor degree of young teachers in primary and middle schools,Analysis the reasons of the misbehavior of young teachers in primary and middle schools.With the study,young teachers’ teaching misbehavior is not only affected by their own factors,but also the external environmental factors will influence young teachers’ teaching misbehavior. The young teacher’s own factors include the teachers’ professional level,the ability of education and teaching and the teacher’s emotion factor,and so on.Young teachers are the people in the society,their teaching behavior will be affected by some factors in the society; the work environment of young teachers is limited to the campus,and the rules and regulations of the school is invisible shackles for young teachers.These subjective and objective factors, which is the main reason of the misbehavior of young teachers.In the view of the existing in the process of teachers’ teaching misbehavior,this paper puts forward the strategy of optimizing the teaching of misbehavior:First, strengthening the subjective consciousness of young teachers,enhancing the continuing education of young teachers,updating the teaching philosophy,teaching methods and teaching management ability,actively cultivating the career motivation and emotional literacy of young teachers;The second, society and schools need to give young teachers enough space and time, actively cooperating with the learning theory of young teachers,at the same time, encouraging and supporting young teachers’ practical teaching activities,and then, creating a relaxed and harmonious working environment for young teachers.
