The study analyzed the process of the"`anomie'-strategies" activities which the teacher' strategies response to the children's "anomie" activities through qualitative research with observing in the field and talking with the teachers and parents. The analysis of reason of children's "anomie" activities in the thesis falls into two categories: children's inner reason and children's exterior reason. The former includes the limitation of cognitive level, obtaining the sense of freedom, the development of emotion and the limited capacity. The latter consists of three aspects: rules themselves, activities and settings, inappropriate education. The study gives us the following conclusion through the analysis of teacher's strategies:Firstly, teachers' strategies are three characteristics including rule-control strategy is dominant in all ones, teachers are generally using strategy group to cope with "anomie" activities in a context of "anomie", teacher's strategy is flexile in different context. Secondly, the teacher's strategies response is obvious different due to the distinct education believes and administration patterns etc.To aim at children's "anomie" activities and actual strategies teacher used , the author puts forward some suggestions on education: One is that the educators should attach much more importance to the rationality of the rules themselves including the democracy of the rules'progress, the rationality of rules'contents and the equality of rules'implementation changed when necessary. The other is that the teachers should contemplate and learn the strategies used to deal with children's "anomie" activities.
