Some suggestions have been put forward on selection the operation mode of college logistic service to meet the realistic needs of each college or university on the basis of analytic induction for the way of the college logistic reform.Firstly, the history of the college logistic reform has been generally summed up. With the study and analysis of the mode of college logistic service in foreign countries, the significance has been illustrated. Then, investigation and analysis have been done to the present state of college operation mode all over the country, within Zhejiang province and in the region of Jinhua, the advantages and weakness have been evaluated on the modes employed.Secondly, the factors that influence the selection the operation mode of college logistic service have been analyzed from the location, the nature and the features of colleges and universities. Some principles have been provided for colleges to select the operation mode logistic service, such as the Favorable Principle for the college development, the Promotion Principle for the standard of the logistic service, the Stimulation Principle for the service attitude, and the Variety Principle for the service mode selection. And the referential suggestions have been put forward for the way toselect the operation mode.Finally, the counter measures and suggestions have been provided for the selection of the operation mode of college logistic service to the two representative college and university in the region of Jinhua.The operation mode of college logistic service is still on the way of development and promotion. This research is based on the analysis of the present existing mode. It can only be taken as the reference for the selection of the operation mode of college logistic service and for the future research.
