Research On Problems And Countermeasures In Anhui College Logistics Socialized Reform

At present, China is in a critical period of transition, reform in difficult areas and achieving scientific development. Facing the new century, whether our colleges can train a large number of qualified builders and successors of socialism has been related to national survival and the fate of the nation, which is both the challenges of higher education and the opportunities of development and challenges for college logistics. To do high-quality education, we must have high-quality logistics support. To do first-class college, we must have first-class logistics support. Therefore, it is an important task to deepen the socialized reform of college logistics and establish a new college logistical support system in the college's reform and development.First, this thesis introduces the research background, sums up the domestic reform of college logistics research and describes the meaning and purpose of the research. Second, a decade of college logistics socialized reform situation is overviewed and it is summarized and classified from the logistics connotation, content, process and effectiveness and other aspects. Third, this thesis focuses on the summary of Anhui College Logistics current situation of reform in two chapters and analyzes the existing problems and contradictions from the seven aspects—knowledge of the reform, location of colleges and logistics entities, the relationship between the market and public welfare of the logistics market, logistics entity "stripping but not aloof", personnel system reform, policies and supporting measures related to the reform of logistics, logistics services market regulatory system. Fourth, combined with the review to American colleges and universities logistics and the practice in Shanghai and Beijing College logistics reform, the thesis gets five enlightenments. Fifth,, from my own working practices, this thesis presets seven countermeasures for the problems in Anhui college logistics reform in order to further promote Anhui college logistics reform process, that is, the further reform, proper handling of various aspects of interest in reform, strengthening Government macro-control, innovating college reform model according to the actual, adhering to "surname education" attribute of the reform, establishing a scientific and effective regulatory system, strengthening the saving college logistics construction. Finally, the thesis gives the guidelines to the future College Logistics socialized reform research.
