Research On Strategy Of Internationalization Development Of Higher Vocational Education Institutes

Under the background of global economy, education service trade appears in front of us. Higher vocational education institutes will follow the internationalization to expand the outside business and actively promote educational cooperation and exchange. Higher vocational education institutes should find their suitable orientation,point the development direction, actively seek for new development and carry out the foreign exchange and cooperation. They can take in excellent foreign educational resource on one hand, and on the other hand, combined with development features;they can carry out external exchange and export educational resource to further promote the internationalization of higher vocational education institutes.This research, based on the situation and features of Jinhua higher vocational education institute, under the background of education service trade, through the analysis of SWOT, learn from the development of foreign higher vocational education institutes, seek the development approaches for education internationalization and the excellent foreign educational resource in order to put forward the internationalization strategy and policy and reach a better and faster development. The research is divided into five parts.The first part is the instruction, mainly talking about the research background,meaning and current situation home and abroad. The second part mainly analyzes and learns from the internationalization development of Chinese higher vocational education institute in Germany, Australia, America and Singapore. The fourth part summarizes the internationalization experience of Jinhua Polytechnic. The fifth part talks about the supporting measures of internationalization development ofChinese higher vocational education institute and put forward the strategies and policies in seven aspects of setting up internationalization concept, strengthening the building of international atmosphere, getting the financial support of government and other fields, carrying out foreign students education, carrying the Sino-foreign program,carrying out the international activities of teachers and students and constructing the international standard of major courses.
