Students in Higher Vocational Colleges as special groups of college students, they are more academic, employment, interpersonal relationship and other pressure than ordinary undergraduates. Multiple pressures often cause their psychological confusion and obstacles. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the psychological health education for the students in higher vocational colleges.This study takes Weifang as an example, and mainly uses the method of investigation and interview to study the mental health education of the seven colleges in Weifang city.. Based on the analysis of the related concepts of psychological health education, through a certain scale survey, understand current status and major existing problems in the urban areas of Weifang vocational college mental health education, research and suggestions on the plan of Higher Vocational Colleges work mechanism, course construction, teaching material development, new way of exploration work; drawing on the experience at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of Higher Vocational Colleges of according to local conditions of higher vocational education development for psychological health education strategies.This paper is divided into five parts. The basic concept of the first part is introduced the background and significance of the selected topic and research review of the relevant theories at home and abroad, determine the research ideas and research methods; The second part is the psychological health education in vocational colleges, and the psychological health education related concepts, for the study of a certain theoretical basis. At the same time, using the comparative research method of higher vocational students is different from college students psychological characteristics and psychological health education in Higher Vocational College is different from the ordinary college mental health education were analyzed and compared, and then highlights the significance of psychological health education in Higher Vocational Colleges to carry out; the third part is the Wei fang vocational college mental health health education present situation investigation and analysis. Through the questionnaire survey and individual interview, the investigation and research were carried out among the teachers and students of the seven Vocational Colleges in Weifang, mainly related to higher vocational students’ psychological health mainly existed problems and influence factors analysis, of psychological health education in Higher Vocational Colleges to carry out the investigation, summarizes the Weifang Vocational College; mental health education mainly exists the question which and the reason analysis; the fourth part is in order to solve the problems existing in the current Weifang Vocational College; mental health education to enhance the vocational colleges have the mental health education of the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
