Red culture, the Chinese people under the leadership of the communist party of China, the long-term revolution and practice accumulation down a special cultural type, is the glorious traditions of the Chinese nation and the effective carrier of the ideology, but also a valuable spiritual wealth. The red culture education for elementary student’s quality education and comprehensive development has immeasurable value, it can enrich the school culture, for the school normal education teaching to carry on the effective supplement.Once appear intellectual education in elementary education in our country for a larger proportion, the moral education content is relatively small. Red culture is a blend of the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation and a great revolutionary spirit, can offer abundant fresh material for primary school education. Combine the red culture and primary school education, to enrich the red culture effective elementary student’s thought, for primary school students good ideological and moral cultivation is of great realistic significance. This article through to the jinzhou city three primary school students and their parents adopt the method of questionnaire survey, the development status quo of red culture in the primary school education, combine the red culture education theory and the related learning theory, using the literature research, questionnaire survey method, observation method to our country elementary education developing circumstance of red culture research, and probes into the problems existing in the research of attribution analysis, finally from the society, school, family three aspects to explore the countermeasures to promote the development of red elementary education in our country, and demonstrates the elementary school to implement the red education ideas and methods to solve it. The author thinks that, school, family and society should promote the development of red culture in the primary school education stage, which will be better able to penetrate the red culture in the primary school education. Hope this article referred to in the concrete implementation method for primary school education workers provides some Revelations on the practice.
