The Study Of Current Situation Of PE In CZT HVE And Its Development Countermeasure

HVE(Higher Vocation Education) refers to a special education to foster advanced and applied talents of technology for production and construction, management, forefront in service trade on the basis of high-school education. HVE belongs to higher level vocation education and is a part of higher education. With the development of the society and educational undertaking, HVE has been the focus attended by the society. Developing HVE is the need of revitalizing the nation through science and education and of accelerating the process of modernization. In order to adapt to the development of HVE and foster special and qualified personnel who develop morally, intelligently and physically, physical education in HVE is in constant reform after China entered WTO. The PE reform in universities require PE(Physical Education) in HVE that PE should establish the guidelines of "Health first" , "People first " and "Life-long education" . The study of the task is theoretically and practically meaningful to reform in education in HVE.The task make investigations in six different higher vocation schools in C. Z. T province , adopting the ways of referring to documents and materials, interviewing the experts, investigating questionnaire, reasoning from logic and etc. It puts forward such existing question as obsolete course content, insufficient place, outmoded apparatus, funds shortage and poor teachers' quality and discuss the couteimeasures of PE in higher vocational academies according to the real situation of higher vocational academies and their students.The paper gives an analysis of the current PE situation in HVE in C.Z.
