The Study Of Current Situation Of PE In Beijing HVE And Its Development Countermeasure

Higher Vocation Education is not only training people with a certain amount of knowledge but also has strong practical ability,which goal is to make students become the compound talent skills.As an important component of the higher education,higher vocational education has been developed rapidly in the past 20 years.In order to promote the students ethics,intellect,physique,arts and all-round development,sports is an effective medium and received a growing number of community concern. Nowadays,Quality Education and Lifelong Sports have been promoted a lot. So making a systematic survey of the Higher Vocational College Physical Education,promoting further reform and improving school work has more meanings for the development of Vocational College Physical Education practically and theoretically.The paper,taking some measures such as literature,questionnaires, interviews,statistics and logic analysis,has made a systematic and comprehensive research and analysis on the aspects of Teaching objectives, students learning situation,teaching content,organization,teaching methods,teaching evaluation,site equipment,curriculum settings of Beijing Vocational College of Physical Education.Through comprehensive survey and analysis,this article comes to some conclusions as following:(1) The majority of Beijing Vocational College is formed through the new upgrade.The teachers already had the required teaching ability,but efforts should be made to improve and strengthen the teacher troops because of the irrational age structure and qualifications.(2) The natural organization forms of classes in Vocational College can not meet the demands of the learning of their students,should coordinate a variety of aspects and take some efforts to implement the "Three Independent Teaching".(3) Considering the future career,the Physical Education should train the students with the manipulative ability and the capacity of adapting to the future position. (4) The sports facilities in Vocational College that new upgraded generally very poor,the investment,should be increased to ensure the physical education and extra-curricular sports activities proceed more smoothly,(5) some major adverse factors that impact the quality of Physical Education:refer the teachers,students,facilities,curriculum and other factors.Conclusions that target the development of Beijing Vocational College Physical Education:Changing teaching thinking and updating teaching philosophy;Strengthening the contingent of teachers;Taking advantage of the Characteristics of Vocational and adjusting the teaching materials; Reforming the teaching methods and improving effectiveness;Constructing scientific and rational evaluation system;Increasing funds to improve facilities equipment;Modifying sports curriculum;Creating the atmosphere and consciousness of participating in sports and so on.
