| School football is an important developing business of national sprot, a high-level teaching staff is the cornerstone of the steady and sustained development of the school football activities.It is the urgent affairs that the excellent teaching staff must be cultivated to meet the needs of school football. After The Ministry of Education supervizing school football, it organized two training model which is the football training of national youth school football teachers and training abroad. From the quantitative perspective, it formed a large scale, But in terms of quality, there is a big gap with the expected effect. This research uses the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation method.interview with experts and survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis method to the school football cultivating models including Training object, training goal, training content, training form, teaching method and examination. The research focuses on the analysis of the problems and the necessity of the cultivation of the school football teachers. There are many problems in these two cultivation models Through the investigation and study. This article research conclusion is as follows:1 After The ministry of education supervizing school football, though two cultivation models, over 23000 teachers has been cultivated.2 From the perspective of national youth school football teachers:(1) the fooTball training of national youth school football teachers, Teaching staff is complex, there is no distinction between football major and other major. (2)going abroad for training, The teachers selected out whom capacity is not very high and also complex, football major with not together. not according to their coach licenceã€major to divide into classes.3 There are some problems in two cultivation models:(1)From the perspective of training content:first, the football training of national youth school football teachers, Up to now there is still no unified syllabus, training content is the instructor’s own design, it is different with designed training content, second, going abroad for training, Foreign instructors also have no unified training content, teaching content is different, something new something old, it has effect to the training. (2)From the perspective of cultivation model:Training class size is too large, the proportion of teachers and students is overweight to affect the training quality, there is too few training for school football teaching staff to meet their needs. (3)From the perspective of examination:There is no examination the football training of national youth school football teachers, easily lead to the training of students’ enthusiasm and discipline. (4)From the perspective of instructors: fisrt, the football training of national youth school football teachers, The Ministry of education did not use the Chinese Football Association of instructor team, they did not have the opportunity to play their role in such a large-scale training, second, going abroad for training, There is no class for instructor team.4 Some countermeasures:(1)teachers must be divided according to their major and coach license. (2)the aspect of national football teachers training, cultivation contents:Designing the content according to their major, the aspect of going abroad for training,asking the country which receive the teachers has to teach some core knowledge. (3) controlling the scales and proportion, increasing the training class for teachers. (4)builing the system of school football teachers cultivating examination. (5) the ministry of education has to sufficiently use the instructors of CFA,. second, Going abroad for training has to set up instructor class and select excellent national instructor team going abroad for study. |
