Thailand’s Higher Vocational Education Problem Development Research

In the knowledge economy of science is the first productivity, talent is the first element, and training and development is inseparable from education, which is to promote the healthy growth of the individual human life, individual life the best way to achieve social transformation of people. With the rapid development of the economy, higher vocational education plays an increasingly important role in society.Therefore, vigorously develop vocational education, higher vocational education development for Thailand is significant.Vocational education has a long history in Thailand, to the latter half of the1970 s, the rapid development of vocational education in Thailand, the number of students receiving vocational education is also growing. As of 2012, Thailand’s vocational education institutions has reached more than 400, the number of students has reached 209,189 people.In this article, I will be the first to Thailand overview and current development of higher vocational education are described, followed by detailed analysis of the data by analyzing data or expert interviews to Thailand problems of higher vocational education, and the end of the article, for these problems, the corresponding countermeasures.I hope this can to make education relevant departments attach importance to the national vocational education and more in-depth investigation and analysis to develop appropriate solutions and programs to promote the development of higher vocational education in Thailand. But also hope that the community can give Thai vocational education more attention, and work together to promote the development of higher vocational education in Thailand.
