After decades of development, the scale of vocational education in China become larger and larger, with constant structure adjustment the system of vocational education is more and more perfect,and its position is higher and higher,especially during the "eleven five" planning,vocational education has risen to the national strategic planning.The top-level design of modern vocational education system pointed out the direction for the reform of the vocational education.As an important part of vocational education system,secondary vocational education,in terms of scale, is equivalent to general high school education after the rapid development in recent years,but there is still a big gap in quality between secondary education and other system,especially with the optimization of the economic structure,and with the transformation and upgrade of manufacturing industry structure,technology and ability demands of post in jobs market are higher and higher.In this kind of economy and education environment,the policy of construction of medium vocational model school provide a solid foundation for the teaching quality guarantee in vocational schools.This thesis,using the methods of literature,survey and inductive, analyzes the background of the construction of model vocational school, the ideas and the content of construction at first,and point out the influence factors of teaching quality under the framework of the model secondary vocational school construction on the basis of discussing the factors affecting the teaching quality in vocational schools from various perspectives,then summarizes the results,analyzes the problems in building the first batch of the model secondary vocational school in Jiangxi Province,at last propose specific countermeasures of the teaching quality improvement in secondary vocational schools according the problems and the factors affecting teaching quality...
