With the rapid development of society, young people in the social transition facing various positive, increasing competition and the impact of negative factors. However, influenced by the values of today’s pluralistic society, the impact of foreign cultures and complex family structure, adolescents in the study, all aspects of life will also be a variety of problems, such as academic problems, relationship problems, behavioral problems, these problems will give immature adolescent mental and behavioral had a negative impact on their resilience challenges. Meanwhile, junior high student-child more, they lack proper education social adaptability. Currently, through the media coverage of high school students growing adversity events, junior has become a "high-risk youth," the crowd, resilience has become an important capability that they must need to know. But for junior middle school students in the study of this group is mainly involved in peer group interaction, the study of self-management, social awareness, etc. are more professional approach to the use of social work intervention Adolescence does not have much resilience. Therefore, an urgent need to understand the status of junior high school students in-depth investigation of resilience, junior high school students to explore how to promote resilience through the three main methods of social work team working methods improved.In this paper, the social work profession, we observed understand the basic situation B Middle School of H District, Guangzhou City youth. Use youth resilience level questionnaire on youth resilience junior secondary level measurement, analysis and understanding of young people’s resilience levels and influencing factors. The level of resilience influenced by internal factors and external protection protective factors, and the inherent protective factors are the key factors affecting resilience. Internal protective factors include social competence, skills and capacity to respond to questions sympathy; external protective factors include the impact of family, school and peer groups, etc., specifically referring to environmental concerns, positive expectations and engage in meaningful activities. The use of the social work profession in the group work method based on this method to reshape and enhance resilience of young people.
