| Junior high school is an important period of the physical and mental development of young people.On the one hand,adolescents at this stage are protected by the family,school and society,which put the hope on them.On the other hand,social change brings dimensions of challenges,so that students generally face more pressure of further studies.In the face of the brutal competition environment,some junior high school students can adjust themselves and grow healthily.However,some other junior high school students are not recognized by their parents,schools and society because of their relatively poor academic performance.As underachievers,they lack necessary attention and care.School is significant for the growth of young people and the school’s educational environment has a positive role in shaping the healthy personality of young people.School social work,which has professional values,can provide effective service methods and targeted training for adolescents to promote their resilience force level.Based on the summary of relevant practical experiences at home and abroad and instructed on the advantage perspective theory,this paper starts from the perspective of social work and explores protection factors and risk factors which exist in individual students to explore the intrinsic strengths of students with learning difficulties from the perspective of four levels-themselves,families,schools and society,taking Yuncheng Y Middle school as the research object.In practice,the group working methods of school social work is used.Group activities on clearing self-awareness,learning to develop goals,finding advantages of resources,learning emotional management and improving problem-solving skills are carried out to tap the inherent potential of underachievers,to build an external support environment,so as to stimulate and develop their resistance.Finally,this paper assesses and analysis the effectiveness and disadvantages of the group activities,it is concluded that the group activities in general to achieve the purpose of training junior high school students resistance to force goals.In order to help students build resilience and grow better,this paper offers suggestions which include upgrading their own advantages,building a harmonious family environment,cultivating campus resistance culture and the establishment of professional social workers intervened to junior high school underachievers. |
