Orphans in the homes refer to those who have lost their parents’ blessings from childhood, and have been separated from family life, mainly concentrated in the standardized environment of institutions or schools. Some of them were abandoned by their parents for various reasons at birth, completely lost social network and family protection, and became orphans. The other part was the uncertainty of family risks and the loss of parents and families during their growth.Other relatives have been sent to relevant institutions or orphan schools, and they have not completely lost their social networks. The growth environment of these orphans is more challenging and difficult than that of children in normal families.Through the review of relevant information, the author found that some orphans were not in crisis because of their inferiority;while some orphans were devastated after suffering psychological trauma due to many difficulties in survival and development. On the whole, the lack of care for orphan families and communities has led to the overall level of external protection of orphans being lower than that of ordinary families. On the other hand, the resistance of orphans is generally insufficient compared with ordinary children. In the aspects of emotion, social, emotional management, and difficult response,it is necessary to take effective guidance and training to improve the ability of orphans in these aspects,so as to improve the ability of orphans to resist stress.Based on this, this paper analyzes the resilience of orphans from four aspects: external protection factors, internal protection factors, external risk factors and internal risk factors based on the advantages of interviews, observations and scales.Select 10 students with low level of resilience in the orphan school of J Province, combine Kumpfer’s anti-reverse force operation model with “3I” method, and intervene in group work to finally improve the resilience of orphans in the hospital. Its healthy growth.
