The healthy growth of the students has been the concern of all sectors of society. The psychological problems of them is the focus of everyone’s attention. In recent years, with the rapid development of the social work profession, research from the perspective into the strengths perspective, the resilience of middle school students has become the research hot spot. In the view of the strengths perspective, the resilience of middle school students is their innate ability.Different individuals with different level of resilience. But the resilience can be shaped and promoted.Effects of culture and environment play a great role in the formation of resilience.In this paper,Qianqiao middle school students in Zongyang County of Anhui province as the research object. Through the method of questionnaire survey research, this paper reveals the current situation of middle school students’resilience. The author uses five levels to analyze the level of middle school students’resilience.The five levels are gender, grade, single child or not, whether the parents go out to work and whether parents accompany their children. Survey results show that, the resilience level of girls is higher than boys. Senior high school students’ resilience level is higher than that of grade one and grade two students.Parents did not work out students resilience level is higher than that one or both parents working outside of the students. Parents accompany in the side of the students’ resilience level is higher than their parents did not accompany in the side of them.Besides, the author also has an analysis that the middle school students’ attitude to the social support and the intervention of social worker. The results show that, most of the students for the recourse to help effect is not very satisfactory, and hope to be able to obtain professional social workers help.Starting from the strengths perspective, the author uses method of case social work and group work to intervene in this study. Choosing a specific case and members of the group, to cultivate their sense of optimism, sense of self-efficacy, sense of purpose. In this way, we can stimulate their potential to adjust their role orientation in their family, school and peer groups, deal with the relationship of family, teacher and classmates. People around them can have an positive influence on the students, and construct a concern and supportive social environment. To sum up the experience in social work practice, put forward reasonable suggestions. Improving the resilience level of middle school students should from four aspects which are individual, family, school and social workers. Only in those way can we promote students to adapt to society and have a better growth.
