With the deepening of reform and opening up, China’s industrialization and urbanization continues to accelerate. Cities large number of jobs attract a growing number of rural surplus labor. The flow of migrant workers at this stage is characterized by "family migration". This family-oriented flow derived from migrant workers’ children groups. After the migrant workers’ children moved into urban education issues become increasingly prominent. Many scholars through research found that migrant workers’ children’ academic performance is generally not ideal. Migrant workers’ children have serious emotional study weariness, mainly reflected in the loss of study interest, late, leave early, absenteeism, and the number of dropouts increase. From the perspective of social work, this article attempts to explore how to control the study weariness problem and propose strategies and methods to solve the problem of migrant workers’ children of study weariness.This study selected Beijing Y School fifth and sixth grade students as research subjects. The survey found widespread study weariness problems in Migrant workers’ children’ schools. According to the survey results and the combination of social work knowledge previously learned, we try to use the methods of group social work solve migrant workers’ children study weariness problem. First, use the interviews, questionnaires and participant observation methods to obtain objective information on migrant workers’ children. Based on the findings analyze migrant workers’ children study weariness present situation and cause. Then analyze the feasibility and necessity of the use of group social work methods to intervene migrant workers’ children study weariness problem. Then implement group. First change students’ cognitive errors, next improve student learning behavior, then train students self-learning ability, and finally evaluate the entire group social work. By assessing find group activities achieved significant results. Group members change the wrong perception and recognize the importance of learning in group activities. They learn the correct way to learn and control themselves. They change bad habits such as skipping, no homework, no lectures, etc; they also improve the ability of self-learning and establish learning goals. This study successfully complete the whole team goals.Propose the lack of research, according the reflection on the service process. Depending on the cause give some suggestions to solve the migrant workers’ children study weariness problems, including: enhanced migrant workers’ children self-learning ability; perfect family, school and community education environment; strengthen personnel improve the school social worker. Through these efforts help migrant workers’ children out of school difficulties as soon as possible. And make them healthy development.
