Due to the deepening of the urbanization and social changes,the younger generation of parents are under pressure to be exhausted.However,due to the influence of traditional concepts the grandparents in the family undertook most of the responsibilities and duties of raising and educating children in order to help their children to relieve the pressure of life and career.The family model of inter-generational education tends to stabilize with social changes.Although there are obvious advantages in inter-generational education,which is conducive to easing family pressure,the problems are equally prominent.Although the older parents have the advantage of not having a young age and sufficient leisure time,they are not satisfied with their own cultural literacy and other deficiencies.Apart from satisfying the children's basic needs such as eating,shelter,and daily life,they are learning,interpersonal,and psychological.Developments in such areas show insufficient ability,so children have many problems.The performance of the problem of weariness is more prominent,and its solution is imminent.This paper mainly uses the social work methods and theories to analyze learning weariness for the children in Q community in Wuhan.First of all,relying on the Wuhan Q community "Growing up the children" social Work project in which to study the children from the generation of child-rearing as the research object,using questionnaires and interviews to explore the reasons for their weariness.Second,I used the specific group social work methods,and invited some children to join the group.The team is divided into the preparation phase,the implementation phase and the evaluation stage.During the preparation phase,the preparatory group was established.During the implementation phase,the group's activities are divided into three phases and seven activities.In the early stage of group intervention,it mainly helps to clarify their learning cognition and motivate the team members' learning motivation.In the middle of group intervention,from the main performance of their weariness to intervene gradually,so that the team away from the problem of weariness.To improve the group's learning self-control,focus and self-control practice,clear the importance of learning methods,develop learning interests,strengthen learning self-confidence,frustration education training,promote parent-child communication between grandparents,enhance the environment for the team members learning support.In the latter part of the team,timely consolidation of the effectiveness of the team,and handling the group's withdrawal of the team members of the discomfort and so on.During the evaluation stage,the group's goal was basically reached after the team intervention,the team effect was evaluated and the result was evaluated.Finally,the author makes a reflection on the problems in the service process and the related issues of group social work practice.Finally,the study found that it can effectively alleviate the problem of weariness,clear learning,improve interest in learning,enhance learning self-confidence,fully tap the child's own growth potential that through the comprehensive use of group social work methods and skills,tired of the generations of children sharing learning experience,resources,and mutual support.And with the other generations of the main commitment of the ancestors of the active exchange,enhance the children's learning external support environment.In order to further improve the effect of the group,the following suggestions are made.Actively use the professional skills of social work to improve the quality of service,the development of school work in order to timely guide the child-weary mood,to improve the education system and the environment,to improve the learning environment,to help the school-weary children to get out of weariness as soon as possible,and to make them serious study,and happy growth.
