The Group Work Is Involved In The Study Of The Problem Of School Weariness Of The Children Of Migrant Workers Who Have Moved With Them

With the continuous advancement of urbanization,a large number of migrant workers swarm into cities,and the number of children of migrant workers who move with them is also increasing.In the face of the changes and gaps in the new living and learning environment,teachers and textbooks after the transformation from urban to rural,parents are too busy making a living to help their children to make a good transition and adapt to the change.In addition,the original rural learning foundation is poor,the learning methods are inappropriate,and the school management for the children of migrant workers is insufficient.Many accompanying children show a lack of interest in learning,lack of attention in class,violation of classroom discipline,do not do homework or even skip class and other weariness and behavior.This phenomenon arouses the attention of all circles of society day by day.During my professional internship in S community of D city,the author found that some children of migrant workers with their parents had the problem of weariness to study,so this research was carried out.This study takes 10 children of migrant workers in S community of D city as the research object.After fully assessing their weariness and needs,cognitive behavior theory,social learning theory and advantage perspective theory are used to conduct group work intervention for them.Through 6 group activities,the group members' weariness and behavior were improved from the aspects of setting up the correct learning concept,transforming the parent-child communication mode and stimulating the learning interest.It is found that the group work method has some effect on alleviating the school-weariness problem of the children of migrant workers,but there are also some limitations.To solve this problem,a long-term mechanism of school-community-family cooperation needs to be established.
