The Study Of Social Work Participation In Cural Poverty Reduction Policies Performed

This study was based on the theory of empowerment,Strengths Perspective theory,theory of social exclusion,the use of literature search method,empirical analysis,historical research study discusses the implementation of rural poverty reduction policies at home and abroad,domestic and foreign social work in poverty alleviation policy implementation related research. On the basis of combing these documents,combined with field surveys in rural areas,involved in social work study discusses the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of pro-poor policies in rural areas,rural poverty alleviation function of social work in policy implementation and policy strategies can take.The main conclusion of the study is the social work profession to rural poverty reduction policies brought the country to perform the guidance of new ideas, but also provides a new method of execution. For social work with the function also proposed six strategies conducive to social participation in the work of the implementation of pro-poor policies in rural areas,including: the establishment of a sound propaganda system, the establishment of the generations system clients,the establishment of quality systems by the staff, the establishment of mufti-stakeholder involvement promote pro-poor policy implementation system, providing more space for the government to allow social work activities, the establishment of rural grass-roots social work institutions.The fundamental purpose of the study is to improve our anti-poverty policies to address the issue of pro-poor policies in the specific operating experience, allowing the poor to better share the results of the social development to achieve a happy life. Since China’s current poverty reduction policies there are plenty of flaws and shortcomings in the implementation process, the researchers hope to a new force to participate in poverty reduction to achieve poverty alleviation projects aging and long lasting.
