Research On The Path Of Social Work Involving In Deep Poverty Under The Policy Of Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Targeted poverty alleviation is important national strategies,which have attracted extensive attention and research from relevant scholars.While achieving good results in poverty alleviation and shaking off poverty,the task of poverty alleviation in the new stage of the deep poverty-stricken areas is more arduous and urgent.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it was pointed out that "we should focus on tackling the task of poverty alleviation in deep poverty-stricken areas and ensure that the rural poor under the current standards of our country will achieve poverty alleviation by 2020." Therefore,this paper is based on the author's social work experience in participating in the investigation of poverty alleviation in villages in D County of Guizhou Province and serving families in deep poverty,uses the poverty theory,ecosystem theory,reinforcement theory and social support theory in sociology,literature method,interview method and action research method,the results of targeted poverty alleviation in D county's deep poverty villages are presented.This paper analyses the factors that hinder targeted poverty alleviation,summarizes the characteristics of social work participation in targeted poverty alleviation in the county,and the practical experience of using professional services to intervene in deep poverty-stricken households,demonstrate the concept,principle and professional path of social work involvement in targeted poverty alleviation in deep poverty-stricken villages,and emphasize the principle of "personalized"precise individual service and“helping others to help themselves" empowered poverty alleviation.Use "group motivation" to cultivate neighborhood support system,optimize the development of ecology by means of"community work mode".When administrative forces focus on industrial poverty alleviation,social work can play the role of building a "soft environment" for poverty alleviation and promote "policy advocacy" to promote the change of development mode.Aiming at the poverty alleviation mode of "flood irrigation" in some places,this paper provides the professional service path of"precise drip irrigation" in social work,and provides a theoretical framework and practical reference for the realization of targeted poverty alleviation in poverty-stricken villages with similar depth.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,purpose and significance,combs and comments on the research on poverty alleviation by domestic and foreign scholars,and finally presents the technical roadmap and research methods of this study.The second chapter mainly elaborates the theoretical basis involved in this article and defines the relevant concepts.The third chapter mainly describes the current situation of poverty alleviation and social work participation in D County,and summarizes the characteristics,key points and difficulties of local social work participation in poverty alleviation.The fourth chapter focuses on describing the value concept and perspective of social work intervention in poverty alleviation.Starting from professional perspective and professional theory,taking a poor household as an example,it directly presents the specific path of social work participation in targeted poverty alleviation.The fifth chapter is the summary,reflection and prospect of this paper.
