Human-being and knowledge are the two essential elements in teaching activity. The organization of time and space is the external performance of instruction form, while the interaction between human-being and knowledge is the internal structure. Instruction form varies along with the education and instruction idea, technique and the way of division of labor cooperation, which has varied from master-apprentice relation, the early school instruction, modern school instruction, online instruction and blended instruction. The theory and practice of learning society is the reflection outcome that human-being have made on education when encountered with the rapid changing society which deeply considered the rapid change that the new evolution has brought about based on life-long education and life-long learning idea, which gave rise to a new perspective for traditional classroom instruction form when encountered with new economic structure, new live style and new interpersonal relations. Learning society advocates life-long learning, open learning, all people learning and initiative learning. Learning society resets the education and instruction idea and reflects on school instruction form from the perspective of learning and learner.On the instructional organization of time and space, in order to satisfy instructional size and efficiency classroom instruction highlights the body control of learner and builds up a forbidden learning circumstance from time and space. Online instruction emphasizes the initiative of learning result from its flexibility. Blended instruction enjoys the centralization advantage of instruction and extends the instructional time and space which connects the most important educational spots-home and school.On the way of knowledge spread, classroom instruction presents a central to edge structure. Knowledge is the purpose of instruction and learning depends on needs. Central to edge structure is a single straight direction structure, which was leaded by liner thinking. Online instruction which is spread from point to point has no definite core. Information instruction is always on the run. Learner explores knowledge depends on their personal needs and the level of needs decide the scope, the depth and the initiative of learning. Blended instruction tempts to seek the advantages of online-learning meanwhile achieves the high efficiency but low engagement. The philosophy of blended instruction is try to find a unique and efficient method to solve the instruction problem through a "proper media", with the further purpose of adjust to a wilder and more proper usage and solve the problem of speed, size and efficiency.On the relations between teachers and students, classroom instruction brings up a fixed role, which was bounded by the industrialization and presents an unequal relationship. The learner in the online instruction is anonymous and the relationship between the learners is a practical community which learning is the joint. The function and role of teachers were reduced with no more authority. The students are gathered by same interest rather than force and ages. Thanks to interactive technique of computer, interaction became the core of instruction which added the affectional interaction between man and computer, besides the affectional interaction among the people. The interaction among the people together with the interaction between man and resources and the interaction between man and technique shaped the relations in instruction.Only by established an open instructional idea and took the advantages of resources in society, city and community, and an open-mind of technique use, an activation classroom instruction and a new interrelation that suit the learning activities can the schools meet the demands of learning society and encounter the challenges that knowledge society has brought about for schools.
