With the development of China's economic and social, the demand to the type of talent is converted, the original structure of graduate education has been difficult to adapt to social needs. The Ministry of Education decided to enroll full-time professional degree graduate from2009. At the same time, the quality problems of full-time Postgraduate Education become the concern of scholars. The supervisors play an important role in the quality of graduate education, though this paper selects supervisors'instruction as the object of study.In this paper, we take the supervisors' instruction as a service, using the questionnaire data of "Graduate Experience&Development Survey (GEDS)". Analyzing the questionnaire data, we want to build a theoretical model which is about the instructors'satisfaction of the full-time professional degree graduate student.Through the research:Firstly, the graduate with different gender, majors, undergraduate institution types and parental occupation types has significant different satisfaction on the quality of the supervisors'instruction. Secondly, research opportunities, communication frequency, instruction methods and the instruction are significant relevance to the quality of the supervisors'instruction. Thirdly, the instruction methods and the instruction effect take a great part in the factors which affect the quality of the supervisors'instruction, while, the contributions of the research opportunities and the communication frequency are not very significant to.According to the conclusions, instruction methods and instruction effect are the key to the quality of instructors. The Instructors should enhance the academic communication with the graduates, develop their academic interests, timely feedback for the students for their achievements and existing problems, and instruct the graduates'academic topics in peacetime. In addition, the instructors should also pay attention to the impact on students in research methods, scientific attitude and personal behavior.
