In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, comparative analysis method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method, taking part of athletes and coaches to participate in the National College Students tennis tournament as the investigation object, conducts the research to the present situation and development of National University Tennis Championships, the thesis draws the following main conclusions:From the survey results of the national college tennis tournament:participate in the nineteenth College Tennis Championships athletes at the national level athletes and two national athletes; and the number of training sessions per week mostly in more than 4 times; the coaches are mostly in the age between 30-50 years old; the title to associate professor and lecturer; his life in 5 years the following main; most of the non professional tennis sports experience, professional tennis coaches only 9.8%; coaches generally improve their professional ability should start from strengthening the training idea and two aspects to improve training methods; more unified understanding of the concept of coaches training, should proceed from four aspects:cultivating solid basic skills, good psychological quality flexible and changeable tactics, training and skills; from the referee perspective, most of the age less than 40 years old, mostly youth; referee level to level one and level two; mostly undergraduate degree; in the field, training, funding, athletes and coaches have higher satisfaction on the site, and that most of the athletes the strict management training team.From the National College Championship Tennis development situation:the influencing factors mainly include the following aspects, the attitude of the leadership, game management, facilities, funding support, the contradiction between learning andtraining, trainingmethods, trainingcontent, developmenttarget, competition mechanism,selection of athletes, other factors.From the National University Tennis Tournament development policies: first, improve the athletes professional skills, improve personnel transport system; second, to ensure the overall level of coaches and referees; third, with a sound management system to solve the contradiction between learning and training; fourth, consolidate theexisting extension and open new sources of funding; Fifth, perfect competition and management system.
