With the speeding up of urban-rural integration,A large number of land-lost farmers into the city,Especially the counties of the western China. Along with fast speed of the land requisition,transitional communities have increased in a very short time.Residents in transitional community can’t identity their own. This process ask for identity conversion and ideological transformation. Lifelong education is the conventional wisdom in education and public education is the inevitable choice in the cross cultural background. Community education can affect the public service of community and to improve the comprehensive quality of community residents. In summary, the stable development of community and society has a strong association with the quality of residents and education. Its function is particularly notable in Transitional Community.In this study,the reform of mode of transitional community is the research object. Transitional community is the starting point of the landless peasants who are into the city. The so-called new citizens to change their ways of life and thinking in order to adapt themselves to the city life. They appear great change in behavior which were shown in the rural area. This is the key step that from peasants to citizens for them.Rongchang county, one of the regional center city of Chongqing,is the study case in this thesis. Analysis of Rongchang County in the construction of regional central cities, urban livable level ascension process, strengthen the development and reform of transitional community education mode, and put forward some reform of mode of community education countermeasures:government leading, social participation of community education main body; to construct linkage development mode to "school enterprise cooperation" mainly; expand the educational resources sharing platform, to create a mutual sharing mechanism; create a community education curriculum system with vocational reengineering based; construction of the government as the main channel of raising education funds to participate in the community of other elements. The author in the study at five community Changzhou street in Rongchang County as the research object, for the community to carry out field visits, the development of the information through the form of questionnaires and interviews to collect five Transitional Community in community education in the process of practice, sum up the community education mode advantages and defects, in contrast the domestic related experience the education mode of operation and the reform of urban and rural communities, to propose targeted measures, provide a reference for the county-level city of Du education practice community.
