The problems of the teachers’development is always one central issue,which is paid attention by educational circle. And the teaching ability of teachers is the most important thing in studying the teachers’development. Teachers’teaching abilities are related both to the teaching quality and the rapid development of students. With the depth of the curriculum reform, to promote the teaching abilities of the teachers in our country has become the urgent demand in the reform of fundamental education. People go further to pay attention to teachers’ teaching abilities. As one part of teachers’ teaching abilities, the diagnostic abilities of teachers’teaching abilities naturally become one of the main aspects involved people to explore the development problem of the teachers. Right now, there are obvious divergence of developing level among the teachers from the city and countryside. The specific expression of divergence and the reason leading to the divergence is in many ways. In order to break the dualistic structure of the developing lever of teaching abilities and relieve the bottleneck that blocks the development of teachers to fulfill the balance development of the teachers from city and countryside, it is necessary to inquire into the present situation of the abilities of teachers’teaching diagnose nd find out the reason of raising the divergence. To do this is to reach the aims of promoting professional accomplishment of teachers from both city and countryside. This paper selects X Primary School from city and Y Primary School from the countryside in a certain city in Guangxi as a case. It describes the present situation of abilities of teaching diagnose through the methods of literature,investigation, survey and case to analysis the divergence of the abilities of teaching diagnose. Then it reveal the divergence of teaching diagnose of teachers from both city and countryside. What it do is to provide foundation for promoting the abilities of teaching diagnose specifically and effectively.This paper mainly contains the following 6 parts.The first part is introduction. In this part, it mainly introduce the basis of the problems and the design of this research. And then, it reviews the related literature from both domestic and abroad and give a summary of the existed accomplishment, so as to determine the referred area and situation and to determine the meaning and value of this study.In the second part, it discriminate about the concepts of the teaching diagnose, teaching assessment and teaching appraise. By analysis and comparative, It can find out the difference and relation between the teaching diagnose and other similar words to grasp the exclusive characters, so that it can reach the way of holding the connotation of teaching diagnose.The third part draws up the checking tools of the abilities of teaching diagnose. This part focuses on the specific explanation of the course of the checking tools of the abilities of teaching diagnose. Then it explain the distinguished situation of the tools of dimension and the generative course and the cautions when the checking tools are use in the practice.The fourth part will analysis the current situation of the abilities of teaching diagnose between X Primary School and Y Primary School. Firstly, the situation of both primary schools are briefly introduced. Secondly, it measures the abilities of both schools with checking tools and collects the data. And then we compare and analysis the effective data from both schools. Thirdly, the author uses statistical software to analysis the data of the abilities of teaching diagnose between two school and directly appear the results with charts. To do these is to bedding for the generation of the following reasons and tactile.The fifth part is the reason of the divergence of the abilities of teaching diagnose in both schools. Basing on analysizing the present situations of the abilities of teaching diagnose, this part sums up and summarizes the reason of the divergence of the abilitiesof teaching diagnose between the two schools.The sixth part is to raise the tactile of promotion of the abilities of primary school teachers’teaching diagnose. In the light of the cause of the divergence of the abilities of teaching diagnose of teachers from city and countryside, this part put forward to the tactile of promotion of the abilities of teaching diagnose from administrative, schools and teachers themselves to accelerate the teachers’teaching abilities with strong support.
