In order to meet the challenges of the 21st century economic society,The world have carried out the curriculum reform. Scientific Education is very important for the advance of the world,So scientific Education curriculum reform is one of relatively large curriculum reform efforts subjects.Among them, using the core concepts to organize science studies is a major feature in scientific curriculum standards around the world,such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Finland.However, since the core concepts of subjects are very few and highly summarized.It isn’t to point to a specific subject knowledge clearly.So just to emphasize the core concepts of study is not enough.In addition, almost all abstract studyies are inseparable from the support of the specific things.Therefore, in order to master the core concepts we must set some subordinate concept as a support to helping the studengt to maste the core concepts step by step.Thoses subordinate concepts are called important concepts in academia.Another important topic of scientific education research is advanced study-arranging a reasonable orders to learn important concepts, so that students can learning deeply. Researches on the advanced study will contribute to promote curriculum standards improvements,Student academic evaluation and classroom instruction."Electricity and Magnetism" is one of the key and diffcult contents of compulsory education in science study.Therefore, this study use the key concepts of "electricity and magnetism" as a starting point to build their study advance. This study will divided into two parts as follows to build advanced study.Part one:build "electricity and magnetism" topic advanced study fram of compulsory education stage:At first,throw the combing for scientific curriculum standards in USA, UK, Australia, Ontario, Canada, China and HongKong to draw our compulsory education stage in "electric and magnetic" theme.Second,by analyzing the junior "physical" of People’s Education Publishing House and primary school "science" of Educational Science Press, carded "electric and magnetic" topic learning content and order. Then,conducted a survey of learning content with "electricity and magnetism," which we combed on the frontline teachers.Finally,Constructed the initial learn advanced assumptions of the compulsory education stage "electricity and magnetism theme".Part two:Empirical study of compulsory education stage "Electricity and Magnetism" study advanced topics:Fistly,Designed two test volume "Junior Electricity and Magnetism theme detect learning problems" and "Elementary electric and magnetic thematic learning problems detected" based on part one.Secondly,assessmented the subject reliability and validity index using Bond Rasch model Bond & Fox Steps software of the recovery of the 247 students detection volume and 278 pupils questionnaires assessment of the subject.Thirdly,index test project on the basis of the acceptable range,useding Bond & Fox Steps software again on the two test volume equivalent treatment.Finally,stimated the student’s ability to understand "Electricity and Magnetism", thus confirming the hypothesis of part one.The main conclusions of two studies above are as follows:(1) Compulsory education in our country, according to the disciplinary system electromagnetism, the research of learning progression in the them of electricity and magnetism may contain the three aspects:"electrostatic field and constant magnetic field"," DC Circuit," "the relationship between electricity and magnetism".(2) The learning detection tools on the theme of "Electricity and Magnetism" which was designed to compulsory education in this study have favorable reliability and validity.(3) Construct the learning progressions on the topics of "Electricity and Magnetism" in China’s compulsory education.The research of learning progressions is needed to learn constantly verified and revised through a process, and in the process need to seek the views of subject matter experts and curriculum specialists, so this study is just one aspect of the evidence from which conclusions worthy of further validation and discussion.
