With the deepening of the reform of preschool education, preschool teachers professional competency requirements are also getting higher and higher.At present, the majority of private kindergartens in Yanji City, the level of the level of teachers to become the decisive factor in the development of pre-school education."Kindergarten teachers professional standards (Trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "professional standards"), so that the teachers of their professional ability, professional knowledge, professional ethics and professional ethics have a more clear positioning.In order to promote the development of children’s education, not only to improve the quality of education, but also pay attention to the teachers’ professional ability and the comprehensive quality of the training.At present, there is no strict access to the teachers in private kindergartens in Yanji, and the lack of pertinence, therefore, the development of preschool teachers’professional quality and professional ability.This research mainly uses the questionnaire survey method, interview survey method and observation method, to find out the existing problems, and analyze the influencing factors of kindergarten teachers’professional ability, and put forward the countermeasure suggestions based on the analysis of the difference between the depth interview and the different groups.Through the investigation of the status quo of teachers professional ability of private kindergarten teachers in Yanji City, four aspects are found out:first, the Yanji City Private Kindergarten Teachers "game activity planning and guidance ability"; second, Yanji private kindergarten teachers "incentive and evaluation ability"; third, Yanji City Private Kindergarten Teachers "communication and cooperation ability", fourth, Yanji City Private Kindergarten Teachers "self reflection and development ability".According to the research, the following conclusions are drawn:first, the lack of targeted training of private kindergarten teachers, only to stay on the surface of the phenomenon, to a large extent affect the improvement of private kindergarten teachers professional ability. Second, the low level of private kindergarten teachers’ quality, the development of teachers’ professional ability. Third, the private kindergarten has no strict control of the "entrance" quality, leading to the low quality of private kindergarten teachers, to a certain extent, affect the development of private kindergarten teachers in Yanji.With the analysis of the factors affecting the training contents, such as the lack of pertinence, low level of teachers’ quality, and the imperfection of teacher recruitment examination system, the suggestions of strengthening teacher training are put forward. Hope to provide some reference for improving the teaching quality of private kindergarten education in the future.
