"Curriculum system reform, the core of education reform, education reform is the key to teachers". Education reform success or failure will ultimately depend on the manner in which all the teachers, if there is no corresponding high quality teachers, any curriculum reform will become empty talk. This article selects shijiazhuang rural primary school sports teachers present situation as the research object, through the literature material law, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logic analysis and other research methods, from the basic situation of primary school physical education teachers in shijiazhuang,work status, training, scientific research, professional attitude and influencing factors from several aspects, such as the shijiazhuang rural elementary school sports teaching faculty are studied, aims to promote the development of shijiazhuang rural elementary school sports teaching.Research results show that:One,primary school physical education teachers in shijiazhuang overall number, the number of male teachers is far higher than that of female teachers. Shijiazhuang rural primary school physical education teachers in the age structure is reasonable, but most of the physical education teachers’ experience is shorter. Shijiazhuang rural primary school physical education teachers from the analysis on education situation, the overall situation is good,but the physical education teachers title structure is not particularly is reasonable.Two,shijiazhuang rural primary school physical education teachers are graduated from the sports colleges and universities in hebei province,flange structure is relatively single, teachers’ expertise is mostly some traditional sports events, the lack of mastering the new project.Three, shijiazhuang rural primary school physical education teachers are willing to accept continuing education and training,but because of various objective conditions the limit, most teachers get out a year training opportunities are not many, and most of the training level is not very high.Four most larger workload, shijiazhuang rural primary school physical education teachers, but the low level of wages. Most is worth rejoicing sports teacher is very loved his job.Five, the primary school physical education teachers in shijiazhuang due to restricted by various conditions, the scientific research level is not high, their motivations are mostly on research for titles and awards recommendation.Six,the factors affecting the development of shijiazhuang rural primary school sports teachers are mainly factors of education concept, physical education teacher’s own factors, school leaders and the work objective conditions factors.
