The career planning of rural primary school teachers has a crucial influence on the professional development of teachers.Under the background of the concept of sustainable education,people pay more and more attention to the professional development of rural primary school teachers.For the sake of helping teachers to achieve professional developmentand taking effective measures to carry out scientific career planning,Two primary schools in Tongshan District of Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province were served as an example to analyze the current situation,problems and influencing factors of school teachers' career planning.This paper will start from the perspective of career planning to explore how to promote the professional development of teachers through scientific career planning.The ultimate goal of this paper is to promote the professional development of teachers through the scientific planning of teachers 'career,and finally to improve teachers'professional teaching skills.Some investigations were made in this paper(1)Learn about the connotation of the teacher' professional development and career plann ing.more oveanalyze the relationship about the two sections.Establish goals,such as connotation,structure and correlated concept about the teacher'professional developme nt and career planning.In addion,ascertain theoretical basis of the professional develop ment and career planning about the rural teachers.(2)to understand the current professional development of teachers and career planning status,only in the real understanding of the status quo on the basis of the current problems can be known.In order to be able to understand the current problems,this paper will use the questionnaire survey and interview to Xuzhou City,Jiangsu Province,two primary schools to investigate.(3)a deep understanding of the problem and cause.Only a real understanding of the current actual problems can choose scientific measures to enhance the professional development level of teachers.Therefore,for the current teacher career planning problems,from their own,schools,families and society to start to explore these reasons.(4)combined with the influencing factors,put forward targeted countermeasures.In order to be able to achieve the career planning of teachers,in the future work requires a combination of the current typical factors to put forward countermeasures,specifically from the self,schools and education authorities,family and social aspects of targeted response Strategy.Using of questionnaire survey,interview and case analysis,through the investigions of rural primary school teachers about the current professional development of teachers and career planning,the conclusion and suggestion was that the current professional development of teachers with career planning is inextricably linked.The scientific planning teacher career will be able to promote teacher professional development.Teacher personal,school and education authorities,family and social and other factors will affect the teacher's professional development.
