Education is the foundation of a century's plan, and teachers are the foundation of education. With the development of the times, the "post-80s" rural teachers have gradually transformed into the main force of rural teachers.Their professional survival status is not only related to the future destiny of millions of rural children, but also to the future development of rural education. Therefore,it is particularly necessary to investigate the current occupational survival status of rural primary school "post-80s" teachers.Through the investigation of "post-80s" teachers in some rural primary schools in Shandong Province,it is found that with the continuous support of rural teachers in China, the living conditions of "post-80s" rural teachers have improved significantly, the teaching facilities in rural schools have become increasingly perfect, the campus environment has become increasingly beautiful, and the interpersonal relationship of "post-80s" teachers in schools is also relatively harmonious. However,in school work, most of the "post-80s" teachers take on more tasks, higher occupational load and higher level of occupational stress. In addition,in professional development, most "post-80s" teachers can put their minds right and actively seek professional development, but there are also some "post-80s" teachers whose professional enterprising heart is declining, their professional knowledge is not updated in time, their scientific research consciousness and ability are insufficient, and they have a certain degree of burnout. They are facing the threat of entering the "plateau" of professional development. In terms of professional experience, some teachers are satisfied with their current work, but some rural teachers after 1980 are not satisfied with salary, career promotion and other aspects, and their sense of professional happiness is low. From this point of view,"post-80s" rural teachers' working environment has improved greatly, and "post-80s" teachers are more satisfied with the working environment and atmosphere, but in terms of workload, professional development and professional experience, the performance of "post-80s" teachers is different, and the survival situation of some teachers is still not optimistic, which requires us to pay more attention to these teachers. The reason why the post-80 s rural teachers in their profession show a complex state of coexistence of development and stagnation, happiness and dissatisfaction,is the result of the joint influence of many factors. On the one hand, school managementand external professional support are objective factors affecting the professional survival of post-80 s teachers.Whether school management is scientific and professional support is sufficient will directly affect the professional survival of post-80 s teachers. On the other hand,post-80 s teachers have subjective initiative,so their professional survival is more affected by subjective factors, such as him.Whether they have professional feelings and whether their marriage and family are stable will also affect their professional experience and identity to a large extent. At present, the "post-80s" teachers are the mainstay of the rural teachers' team. The key to promote the healthy development of rural teachers is to ensure their career development smoothly and positively. To effectively improve the professional survival of post-80 s teachers,we can help them through the following ways:optimizing school management, giving humanistic care to post-80 s teachers, solving their worries in their work and improving their sense of belonging;cultivating professional community, building a cooperative culture, broadening the professional growth space of post-80 s teachers;Teachers' public responsibility should boost their professional sentiment and enthusiasm. In addition, teachers themselves should also enhance self-management awareness, strengthen self-planning,and take the initiative to achieve self-improvement.In a word, only through the common support of society and schools and the efforts of teachers themselves, can we effectively improve the vocational survival status of rural teachers after 1980 s,so that they can develop happily in schools and realize the continuous improvement of professional self.
