| As the base mode of ideological and political education, indoctrination mode has a long history and has played a significant part in the social practice education. However, influenced by internet outside as well as the deficiency in running and operation inside, the importance of indoctrination mode has gradually weakened. In order to analyze and diagnose the former indoctrination mode systematically, this thesis mainly adopts literature research, comparative analysis, interdisciplinary research method to analyze indoctrination mode. This study aims to explore the mode’s innovative development in its guiding theory, principle, factors and path. Focusing on the growth necessity of the educated and its function importance in ideological and political education field, The author seeks to eliminate the prejudice on the mode itself and restore its significant position in political and educational field. therefore, continue to provide paradigm for the educational work of ideological and political education. This thesis includes five parts as follows.The first part is to define the concepts related to the indoctrination mode of ideological and political education. First, the author gives definition of ideological and political education, then indoctrination and mode, and finally the core concept-indoctrination mode of ideological and political education is defined. It provides theoretical basis for the whole study.Combined the current education situation with social background, the author analyses the mistakes in the practice of the mode and tries to find out the related reasons. First, the author discusses the poor timeliness from indoctrination carrier, indoctrination method, content and indoctrination target; then the author tries to clarify the reason for the cognitive difference in the mode, the change of ideological and political education environment, the subjectivity of the educated in the internet background.The third part is about theoretical foundation and condition for the innovative development of the indoctrination mode. First, the author analyzes the indoctrination mode from moral reinforcement theory, social control theory and other relevant theory and points out that these provides theoretical basis for the innovative development. Second, the author briefly outlines the supporting condition for innovative development.The last part is the focus of the full text, where lies the research significance and value. The author analyzes the guiding principle of innovative political and educational indoctrination mode, namely, intersubjectivity principle, the combination of explicit and implicit education, the combination of communist direction and socialist realism, combining theory and practice, educating people with reason, emotion and action. Then, the author analyzes the structure and elements of the mode and put forward the path to innovative development of the mode by ways of information mechanism, therefore, to construct the indoctrination mode adapted to the contemporary time and serve the ideological and theoretical education work. |
