Pertinence of ideological and political education in universities are not strong,lack of affinity,the generation of the problem may be the ideological and political teaching nurtures old “formula”,“process” rough,“packaging”tacky.In my opinion,the generation of these problems can be attributed to the innovation of ideological and political education.Influenced by the traditional ideological and political education,ideological and political education of education concept fall behind,old education content,education method,problems such as single are factors that affect the actual effect of ideological and political education is not obvious.To the problem in ideological and political education for a long time,the ideological and political educators need to do,is how to resolve them one by one.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to study the external expression of the indoctrination function of ideological and political education,make the indoctrination functions of ideological and political education development.In this paper,the indoctrination function of ideological and political education as the research object,through to the indoctrination function of ideological and political education the study of the origin,connotation,the external system,as well as in the “reflection” of the education of ideological and political indoctrination function is put forward on the basis of ideological and political education should be to“indoctrination” of the modern transformation,so that the ideological and political education have to change the condition of effectiveness is not strong,as the education mission and education target,also can promote the all-round development of the education object.This paper adopts the method of literature research method and summarizes the experience to explore the cause of the indoctrination function of ideological and political education and the connotation,through combing ancient Confucian education experience and draw lessons from it is suitable for the development of the ideological and politicaleducation essence,useful experience and combining with the current ideological and political education,in order to research the indoctrination function of ideological and political education.In addition,to make theoretical research has the practical value of this article,based on the empirical research method and interview method to the indoctrination function of ideological and political education the external embodiment of analysis,the author's assumption is empirical data validation is feasible,that is to say,the indoctrination function of ideological and political education of externally by moral cultivation,political indoctrination thought,humanistic care,aesthetic inclination and life exploration to represent the five dimensions,conform to the author's assumptions.And the results of the empirical analysis also shows that indoctrination function externally from the education object of gender,grade,professional and political landscape.Finally,based on the defects of the traditional ideological and political education for the guidance,on the basis of college ideological and political education,the student hoped,might from “education” to “indoctrination”,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the actual effect of ideological and political education,ultimately achieve its purpose.
