Quality of child is the foundation of that of our nation, and the improvement for that is closely related with the high professional quality of preschool teachers. With the improvement of the professional quality of preschool teachers as a starting point in this paper, we propose the historical background of the topic of professional quality construction for preschool teachers, the need for masses under the new situation, as well as the environmental requirements and necessity of the sustainable development of early childhood teaching profession itself. Application of the methods including theoretical analysis, historical analysis, interviews, and survey methods reflects the combination of the qualitative and quantitative research. To deepen the understanding of the meaning of professional quality of preschool teachers, we do the understanding analysis and induction through the theoretical research for historical status, professional quality meaning, structure and philosophy, sociology, behavioral science, and human development. Investigation and analysis of the status of preschool teachers in Hebei Provincial Authorities Kindergarten find out the current status quo of professional quality preschool team and problems. In order to try to find the practical approach to promote the reform of preschool education, especially to solve this bottleneck problem of the construction of preschool teachers lagged behind, we puts forward measures to shorten the gap from the aspects of how to play preschool teachers’ professional development subjectivity and create a favorable external environment for learning. This paper with the combination of theory and practice is close to the times, and proposes the new points of the role of professional quality preschool teachers, positioning, as well as to enhance the "ten kinds of abilities" to strengthen early childhood teacher training and practice. It provides good ideas and suggestions.for the overall strengthening of preschool teachers’ professional quality construction.
