With a large population and a large number of children of school age in China,as well as the uneven economic level in different regions,preschool education has been one of the shortcomings of the basic education,mainly manifested in the insufficient supply and uneven distribution of educational resources,some kindergartens charge too high standard,school-age children "difficult to enter","expensive to enter" the problem is more common.With the joint efforts of the whole society,the problem of "difficult and expensive to enter the kindergarten" has been alleviated to a great extent,and the popularization level of preschool education has been improved continuously.However,with the development of social economy,the public demand for high-quality Preschool Education is increasing day by day,and the key factor affecting the quality of preschool education is the professional level of preschool teachers,constantly improving the professional quality of preschool teachers is the most important task of all levels of education departments and pre-school education institutions.On the basis of the related research,this study takes the kindergarten teachers of 11 kindergartens in the central district of Jinan City,Shandong Province as the research object,using the method of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,the method of interview and investigation is used to study the professional quality of preschool teachers from three dimensions: Professional Idea and teacher's ethics,professional knowledge and professional ability,this paper attempts to reveal the present situation,existing problems and causes of professional accomplishment of Preschool Teachers under the background of universally preschool,and puts forward some improving strategies for further improving professional accomplishment of preschool teachers in the light of the present situation of preschool education.The basic structure of this paper is as follows:The first part: discusses the basis of the research,the significance of the research,the definition of related concepts,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the existing research results from the two perspectives of universally kindergarten development and preschool teachers' professional development.The second part: describes the design of this study,and briefly introduces the research objectives,objects,methods and tools.The third part: analyze the current situation of preschool teachers' professional quality development.This paper analyzes the current situation of preschool teachers' professional concept and morality,professional knowledge and professional ability.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics of preschool teachers' professional quality from the aspects of age,education background,major,working years and whether they hold preschool teachers' qualification certificate.The fourth part: analyze the restricting factors of preschool teachers' professional quality,including the distribution of educational resources and the balance of teachers' distribution;the relationship between the three dimensions of teachers' professional ability and preschool teachers' professional quality;the development challenges faced by inclusive private kindergartens,the existing problems of preschool teachers' on-the-job training;preschool teachers' professional development planning and preschool teachers' self-improvement Dynamic mechanism,etc.The fifth part: In view of the current universally preschool teachers professional quality problems and constraints on the analysis of the reasons for these problems,put forward the vision of Universally Preschool Teachers Professional Quality Promotion Strategy.First,the government has a clear responsibility to promote the professional development of kindergarten teachers in the process of running schools in Pratt & Whitney,including improving the regulations of inclusive kindergarten policies,giving prominence to the building of professional teaching staff,and formulating reasonable inclusive subsidies and charging standards,we will focus on supporting the professional development of teachers in privately-run inclusive kindergartens.Second,education authorities should strengthen supervision and raise the standards for the employment of preschool teachers,including improving the certification system for preschool teachers' qualifications and raising the threshold for entry for Preschool Teachers;participating in the recruitment of talents by employing units and highlighting the professional requirements in the selection process.Third,the third party participates in the education evaluation,discovers the domain which the professional accomplishment lacks promptly,puts forward the promotion suggestion pertinently,including the third party scientific evaluation,discovers the question,the prompt feedback;the third party according to the evaluation result,proposes the improvement suggestion pertinently.Fourth,the kindergarten is managed scientifically.The Seek truth from facts has taken concrete measures to enhance the professional quality of teachers in the kindergarten,including improving the on-the-job training system,ensuring equal opportunities for teachers to learn,and creating a good kindergarten-based culture,to arouse the professional consciousness of the kindergarten teachers,to innovate the way of practice,to improve the professional quality of the kindergarten teachers,to seize the opportunity of universal benefits,to optimize the professional structure of teachers in private kindergartens.Fifth,pre-school teachers should strengthen self-management and improve their professional quality,including setting up a correct view of job selection and employment,strengthening their career choice,paying attention to their mental health,adjusting their mental health reasonably,and coping with the work pressure positively Participate in training,lifelong learning,continuous improvement of their professional quality.
