"Kindergarten Education Guidance Program(for Trial Implementation)" pointed out that the kindergarten should cooperate closely with the family and the society. Make connection with primary schools and use various educational resources comprehensively to work together to create good conditions for the development of children. It is an important task to know how to make good preparation before children to go to school and make good connection between kindergarten and primary school. This paper elaborated the research background; analyze the theoretical value and practical value, the domestic; summarize the foreign related research literature; define the related concepts. On the theoretical basis of the study to determine the breakthrough point and carry on the preliminary design. Through questionnaires, interviews and other methods and from the kindergarten, family these two aspects to understand children’s school readiness status. The relevant data were analyzed using SPSS17.0 data processing software. It was found that there were some problems in children’s school readiness from kindergarten to primary school. This paper talk about this problem from the phenomenon of one-way connection, kindergarten teachers, family education and other aspects and find out the causes of these problems. Finally, put forward the basic idea to solve the children ready for school, promote teachers and parents to have a good understanding of the transformation from kindergarten to primary school. To increase efforts to train young convergence of talent, pay attention to the cultivation of children’s behavior, to stimulate children’s interest in learning, to encourage parents to do demonstration research for children, parents; the kindergarten, kindergarten teachers, primary school teachers,they should cooperate with each other to ensure the fullness for children’s school readiness and the smooth realization of young transition. At the same time, analyze the shortcomings of this study, provide a reference for future research.
