In May 2014, the ministry of education issued " the teachers’ application ability standard of computer technology in primary and secondary school(trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the "ability standard") and "the curriculum standard for teachers’ computer technology application ability training in primary and secondary school (trial)" (hereinafter referred to as the" curriculum standard"),curriculum standard according to the requirements of ability standard to set the appropriate courses. The teachers’ application ability of computer technology plays a very important role in the revolution of the way of teaching and learning and the promotion of teaching effect, but the training for teachers’ application ability of computer technology in primary and secondary school is facing many problems, such as the unclear orientation of training, lack of specific courses, training burden, away from real class, etc.; At the same time, for the organization and management ability in the ability standard, it is more focused on the teacher’s ability of organization adjustment and problem solving supported by computer technology in the classroom, and traditional training courses are hard to meet the requirements. This study attempts to introduce the new course form-"Scenario simulator"(It is called "performance simulator" in the enterprise. We will use the term of Scenario simulator unified in the follow passages) into the teachers’ computer technology application ability training in primary and secondary school, achieving an easy and efficient training model. Abroad, since the term of Scenario (performance) simulator is put forward by Herbert Kellner professor for the first time, Herbert Kellner’ team has created more than 100 sets of Scenario simulator for sales situation training of senior industrial and commercial staff with great success. The first Scenario simulator --"lead" in the field of education, gets good word of mouth in Germany, and translated into Chinese for the first time in 2014. It is tried out at Yangpu, Jing ’an district in Shanghai, and Scenario simulator received positive response among experts and scholars and front-line teachers. Despite the successful experience of the Scenario simulator developed abroad, in the domestic, it is still an uncharted territory for how to develop Scenario simulator.This study is based on the "organization and management" Scenario simulator, which is developing by school of open learning and education of East China Normal University in cooperation with SEDLAK & PARTNER International Consulting. In the research, it is focused on the design and implementation of Scenario simulator, and draw lessons from foreign Scenario simulator research and development. This research, with the actual Scenario simulator development project as an example, study the process of development of the Scenario simulator and try to refine the principle and method of development and provide tools and guide for development, which could provide important support for the Scenario simulator in the domestic research and development. This thesis mainly expounds systematically the system three levels of research content,"why to do", "how to do" and "how is the consequence".This paper starts with the problems of the application ability training for teachers’ computer technology and practical requirements, and analyze in-depth how situation learning, experimental-based learning, case-based learning and micro-lecture learning support the development of Scenario simulator. Thus the requirements of development are raised, and the question "why to do" is answered. Then, we expounds the two major stages of development process of Scenario simulation, namely the ability model building and simulation script developing, refine and summarize tools, strategies and principles used in detail, and set out the research and development guide. This is the answer of "how to do". Finally, we make a trial research among primary and secondary school teachers with "organization and management" Scenario simulator, to learn about teachers’ feedback and provide data support for the simulator constant revision and perfection.
