Research On Application Scenario Design Of University Science And Technology Achievements

From "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" to creating an upgraded version of "double innovation",in order to meet the opportunities and challenges brought by the new technology revolution,China treat promoting innovation and entrepreneurship as an important measure to promote economic and social development,and continuously introduce policies to promote various transformation of scientific and technological achievements in R & D institutions and universities.As an important part of national scientific and technological achievements,university scientific and technological achievements are also the focus of attention in academia and practice.However,at present,there is little research on the matching of university technological achievements with the market in academic circles.Therefore,in order to enrich related theories,this research will focus on how to find application scenarios for university scientific and technological achievements,and find the influencing factors that affect the discovery and improvement of application scenarios,providing practical theoretical guidance for the transformation of university scientific and technological achievements in practice.This study first reviewed the research related to the transformation of university scientific and technological achievements,research related to technology and market matching,and research related to application scenarios.Combining the job-to-be-done theory,customer dominant logic theory,and structural matching model related theoretical foundations,it is found that there are few researches in the academic world,starting from the scientific and technological achievements of the university,exploring the path of finding application scenarios for technology and what factors will affect the discovery of application scenarios,the research questions of this article are determined.Secondly,using root theory methods to interview the core entrepreneurial members of three university science and technology startups and encode the original data,we obtained 81 initial concepts,26 categories and 10 main categories,and constructed a designing path of university science and technology achievement application scenario model.The results show that,first of all,the overall inventory of application scenarios is limited by technical attributes,and the technical attributes(including functions,usage conditions,etc.)determine its number of future application scenarios and the size of its value space;second,the discovery of new scenarios is essentially technical The matching process of information and market information,therefore,the collection and processing of market information determine whether the technical entrepreneurship team can obtain the key information in the market to match with the technical attributes;again,the process of technology market opportunity recognition is influenced by the method of technology market opportunity recognition,the subject factors,opportunity factors and resource support.Finally,combined with the theory of job-to-be done and the analysis results of influencing factors,the two paths for the construction of university science and technology achievement application scenarios are specifically analyzed: the construction of new application scenarios and the improvement of application scenario,which provide path guidance for the design of university science and technology achievement application scenarios.There are theoretical and practical significance.
