| Athletics is the largest sports, with the rapid development of science and technology, competitive sports with each passing day, and constantly improve the competitive level, so that the international sports competition is becoming increasingly fierce. From sports to the overall development that the world attaches great importance to the training of reserve personnel, because competition sports, not just reflected in the level of a national science and technology as well as the overall strength of the country’s economic development, but also in any country talented enrich, showing echelon type sources.This study selected 12 sports schools in Hebei province, about 80 women’s shot put athletes and their 20 coaches as the research object. Through questionnaire investigation, literature material method, logic analysis, mathematical statistics research methods such as the basic present situation, the athletes selection and recruitment, training, athletes and coaches teaching and backup management talents are analyzed. Finding out some problems of the current sports schools in Hebei province:1.Fewer young coaches, that have an adverse effect on the development of women’s shot put.2.Coaches in Hebei province usually have formal specialization of shot put training experience, having a wealth of practical experience, but education level remains to be improved and those scientific research abilities.3.The current shot put in our province sports reserve personnel selection is not fully achieve scientific selection, problems and lack of systematic training, sports training effect is not ideal.4. In the shot put location equipment relatively old, new venues and equipment cannot be repaired or replaced, and backup data exist shortages.5.Now the shot put reserve talented person in our province transportation mode is relatively single, mainly at the next lower level higher delivery, other personnel transportation mode is less. |
