Disability is hard to avoid in the process of reproduction and social growth to spending a social cost. Disabled group is a special social group in China in the most difficult and problem of the most obvious kind of people, especially problem of mentally retarded people due to their own mental and social cognitive stereotype and other reasons, the independent living, learning, entertainment, social relations and professional ability were significantly lower than the average age, it is difficult to participate in the normal social life, must be more attention and help, all aspects need to individuals, families, communities and society with each other to achieve.CDPF since 2009 in China within the scope of the implementation of "sunshine home" plan, build on intelligence, mental foster service center for the disabled, downtown streets "sunshine home", community, family day care station "home service" started his foster service institutions for disabled persons, and folk "five one" service model, aimed at the overall solve practical difficulties in foster care of mentally retarded people, for the mentally retarded people supply social integration platform.Based on X street in Shenyang as an example, the "sunshine home" will intellectual disabled community nursing services as a whole, through to the adult intelligence disabled social adaptive problems and cause analysis, using the way of professional social work, the perspective and advantage to ecological system theory as the guide, for mental disabled people and their families in case work, the social work intervention in adult intellectual disabled persons to study the social adaptation ability, in order to able to foster community for mentally retarded people work provides experience for reference.The article main body is divided into five aspects, the first aspect is the introduction, introduced the article studies the background, purpose of the author’s study and literature review; The second aspect is the definition of relevant concepts, theoretical overview and research methods; The third aspect is Shenyang adult intelligence disabled society to adapt to the current situation, problems and causes; Fourth in terms of social work in the practice process of the "sunshine home" M street, including mild intellectual disability in A students’ ability of social adaptation case work intervention; The fifth aspect is the study conclusion and policy recommendations.
